Today marks a special occasion. Today Mikaeli, Kaleb, and Kaerli get to have their very first campout of the year in OUR OWN back yard.
The kids were so excited to go "Camping, we had to come up with an idea so that all three of the kids were covered for the night. Hopefully it will be warm enough for the kids to be able to spend the whole night out there.
All three kids have been planning their camp out all day long. Unfortunately we couldn't find Kaleb's Cars tent so we had to use our imagination. Good posers huh?
What do you think of our Make-shift tent? It took a long time to come up with this... and actually get it to stay together.
They don't want Mommy out there so I get to sleep in the living room so I can keep an eye on them.
It turned out that it was too cold, and the bugs were too bad for them to be outside. But they got to have fun camping in the living room instead. I guess we need to find a tent that closes. HAHA! They made in almost 2 hours.

Ultrasound
Today we had our ultrasound. Oh yeah. By the way. I am pregnant. I am 20 weeks and 2 days according to the ultrasound. It has been a struggle between Mikaeli, Kaleb, Kaerli, and Dan. The boys want a boy, the girls want a girl. I pretty much stayed the middle-mom.
Today we found out what we are having. We are having our third little girl. Kaleb was so upset. He really wanted to have a little brother. He crawled onto my lap and cried, "Mommy I don't want another sister, I want a brother. Mommy can you please make it a brother?" It was heart breaking. So I told him that we would wait until the baby came out to find out what it was. He seemed to be ok with that. He also liked that I told him that he could help us pick out a name for her when she is born.
I feel bad, in the Ringle family there are only 3 boys. Draven, Kaleb and little Max. Kaleb just wants another little boy in the family to play with. Poor kid.

Erin's Dance Pictures
Ok so I didn't actually dance this year. I had some problems early this year and wasn't able to perfore at the recital this last weekend. But hey I figured that since I paid for the outfit might as well get pictures in them.
Dan thinks that I look cute... I just think I look old and pudgy...

These are Mikaeli's dance pictures with the group.
This is her ballet outfit. Mikaeli was so cute in this picture. I had to get her to giggle in order for her not to do her cheese it smile.

Dance Recital
It is that time of year again when cute little girls get dressed up in cute little dance outfits. Mikaeli is one of those cute little girls. She did her usual ballet, tap, and jazz. Unfortunately I will only have two videos instead of all 3. I will get the ballet video soon though. This picture is of Mikaeli's Jazz dance. They danced to "Carwash" from Shark Tale. She had to work really hard on the parts where she had to twist and shake. By recital she was almost perfect.
This was Mikaeli's Tap dance. They danced to "Last train to Clarksville" She was so cute in this dance. She has a huge smile because just before I yelled "Yeah Mikaeli". She thought that was so cool. :)
Mikaeli had such a hard time keeping her little hat on her head. As she jumped around in this song/dance it continually slipped off. She was more worried about that hat than anything else.
This was the end of Tap. All of the girls sat on their suit cases and waved as the song ended. So cute. Mikaeli blew a kiss just as the lights went out. Mikaeli will be auditioning for Competition this year. Hopefully she gets picked. They are only accepting 12 students for the Sugar Babies group. If she gets accepted we only have to buy dance costumes once during the year instead of twice, but she gets to perform at Burley and Minico High Schools during half time of some games. She also gets to go to two different competitions during the year, in Twin Falls and in Idaho Falls. I will keep you updated on that. She auditions on the 19th of May (tomorrow) and we won't find out if she makes it until May 27th.

Earthquake!!
I never thought that living in Idaho we would experience an earthquake, but true enough at 7:02 am yesterday morning (February 21, 2008) we had a little rumble.
Dan and I woke up to our entire house shaking. Not severe shaking but enough to wake us from a sound sleep. We could see and hear the door to our bathroom knock and shack against the frame. The walls shook. The shaking lasted about 30 seconds and then stopped. As soon as it stopped I quickly got out of bed and checked on my children. Kaleb whom I am assuming was sleeping on the edge of his bed (because he usually partially hangs off the bed) had fallen off and was concerned about what had happened. I went to the living room to find the pictures and the mirrors knocked askew. Nothing had fallen off the entertainment center or walls, the quake wasn't that strong, but it was very disconcerting.
To be honest I wasn't sure that it had actally happened. I thought that we had imagined it all. Five minutes after the shaking ended my sister Megan called me and asked me if I had felt the rumble. After talking with her my friend Carina called me and asked me the same question. Funny though my parents hardly felt anything and they only live about 1 mile from me. My dad just noticed the blinds vibrating a little. Big difference to what we felt.
I am relieved that we didn't have the quake that Wells Nevada had. Theirs was 6.0 If I was unsettled by the one we had I definately would have freaked out with that one.

Our Bedtime Tradition.
Bedtime Bear
Bedtime’s here, there’s the moon
You’ll be sleeping very soon,
Close your eyes, and hug me tight
Bedtime bear is with you tonight.
Good night, good night, good night,
Good night, good night, good night
Good night, good night.
Cha Chong
Cha Chong, Cha Chong, Ooh-dee-eggi
Cha Chong, Cha Chong, Ooh-dee-eggi-o.
Mommy loves you,
Daddy loves you
Mikaeli, Kaleb, Kaerli love you
Its time to go nigh night.
Love you forever
We’ll love you forever,
We’ll like you for always,
As long as forever,
My baby you’ll be.
Hold me in your arms
Hold me in your arms
Or just take my hand
Look in my eyes
And we’ll both understand
Loving together, living together
Singing a song,
As we go along
Loving together, living together
We’ll find so much we can share,
Loving together.
